The Adafruit Motor Shield is a shield for Arduino that allows the Arduino to control DC motors, stepper motors, and servos more easily. I have used these shields for many projects such as automating a rover.

The Motor Shield comes in an anti-static, shiny plastic bag in parts.
The finished shield looks like this:

The directions from Adafruit are written well and easy to follow. I feel that these shields are well designed and stack very easily.
All in all, I would give the Adafruit Motor Shield V2 a 5/5 Very Happy Robots!

This shield is useful and executes its purpose very well!
